Andrew Fleming - Nashville Real Estate Agent and Sports Coach

Andrew Fleming is a Nashville entrepreneur who serves as a realtor with Compass Real Estate Green Hills. Focusing on the luxury market, he is committed to guiding home buyers through the journey of finding homes in the Nashville area. Drawing on a background as a college athlete, Andrew Fleming is also CEO and a player development coach with Pro Performance Basketball, where he has coached more than 400 emerging players of diverse skill levels.

Mr. Fleming hosts camps and clinics that effectively break down, analyze, and improve movement and actions on the court. His guidance enables coaches and players to boost individual performance and team development. He previously engaged with the Oak Hill Academy in Virginia as director of player development. In this capacity, his work included video and film sessions, skills work, scouting reports, and team action.

Mr. Fleming began his basketball career at Ensworth High School, where he contributed to a team that earned the Tennessee state championships in three consecutive seasons. As a University of Iowa and Lipscomb University student-athlete, he built on this success. He ultimately signed with Green Sports Management in Miami to play professional basketball overseas.
